ASA 3D Printing

RapidPrintParts provides industrial ASA 3D printing using in-house FDM/FFF systems. We produce functional parts—prototypes, jigs and fixtures, mechanical components, replacement parts, and low-volume end-use parts—after evaluating real operating requirements: material, load, temperature, tolerance, finish, quantity, and lead time.

In-house FDM/FFF capabilities

  • Typical tolerance reference: ±0.2 mm or ±0.3%
  • Materials: ABS, ASA, PC, PA, PA-CF, PETG, TPU, PEEK

RapidPrintParts runs multiple polymer processes and materials in-house. For each project, we evaluate:

Alternative processes we may recommend

When ASA is specified or preferred, we review it alongside other available FDM materials. If a different process better serves the application, we may recommend:

SLA — engineering resins

High-detail visual or fit prototypes requiring fine feature resolution.

SLS — PA12, PA11, TPU

Complex, durable nylon parts and low-volume production without support structures.

MJF — PA12, PA11, PA12 GF, TPU

Functional nylon parts with consistent mechanical properties for production runs.
